Beginning 5 min:

- Student will do stretching and warmups

Next 20 min:

- Depending on the student's level, the rules of tennis and basics of how to hit a forehand and backhand will be taught

Next 10 min:

- Footwork exercises will be conducted to help with speed and agility

Next 15 min: 

- The basics of how to serve will be explained. Depending on the student's level, rallying and points may be played

Final 5 min:

- Cool down exercises

Breaks:

- Time is alloted through the lesson for pacing and breaks

- Parents should remain with children during the lesson.

- Students should bring a tennis racket with them to the lesson or notify us ahead of time for accomodations. 

- This itinerary is subject to change based on the student's level and their preferences
