Where will the lesson take place?
The lesson will happen in the RTP area, either at your neighborhood courts or at previously reserved courts around the Triangle. Before each lesson, we will confirm the location address.
How much does the lesson cost?
A lesson for 1 student per hour costs $14 and a lesson for 2 students together per hour costs $22. The proceeds are fully donated back to the community. If a student is interested in taking lessons but is unable to afford the lesson fee, please email us at tennis4kiddos@gmail.com and we can accomodate! We offer up to 4 scholarship lessons a month.
Which coach will teach the lesson?
The coach for each lesson depends on your and the coaches' availability. Each coach is equally qualified and teaches the same itinerary.
What will be taught during the lessons?
Each coach follows the same itinerary for the beginning lessons and will adjust according to the student's needs. The first lessons will include the coach instructing on the rules of tennis, proper grips, footwork, and groundstroke swings.
How do I volunteer for this program?
We would love to add more volunteers and team members to our program! If volunteers have at least 3 years of experience learning/playing tennis and are in high school, they can become Tennis4Kiddos coaches. Volunteers without tennis experience interested in helping out can perform administrative tasks such as updating the website and social media, sending emails, and more. Simply fill out the form on the VOLUNTEER page and we will get back to you!

How do you schedule a lesson?
You can schedule a lesson by going the the BOOK ONLINE page and filling out the form. After this, we will reach out to you to schedule a lesson at the most convenient time and place for you!
